Returns & Exchanges are accepted only if:

You can reach out to us on deepti@btones.in or WhatsApp on 9920122230 / 9326560035 with your order number, registered mobile number, and clear pictures of the product defect. We shall schedule a free reverse pickup for the above-mentioned scenarios.
We conduct quality checks before dispatching the orders and ensure that the products are made with extra care and love to allow a smooth process.
Please note:

Kindly inform us within 3 days of receipt of your purchased product. If 3 days have gone by, unfortunately, we can't offer you an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your product must be in its original condition, unused, and with all tags intact.

Return shipping details will be shared once the request is approved.

In case you don’t wish to purchase something immediately, we are happy to issue you a credit note worth the product amount with a validity of 6 months.

Refund Timeline: If by chance an order gets delayed in shipping timely because of Natural / Pandemic / Unforeseen / Courier/ Technical reasons, we would be deducting 10% bank/card charges and processing the refund. please note the refund can take 15-30 days to process or more in certain cases.
Size Exchange:
We currently do not offer returns or exchanges for size-related issues. Kindly refer to our size chart or reach out to us before placing your order for any size assistance.
